We truly lead the way with the training we deliver at our one-of-a-kind training centre in Warrington and additional offices around the country.

Any questions?
How long does the recruitment process typically take?
Our recruitment process can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks, and we typically have a 2-stage interview process, the first being a telephone call with a member of the careers team, the second an interview with the hiring manager. This process can vary depending on the role, for example, some of our technical roles have an extra technical interview and that can mean the process is slightly longer than others.
Do I have to be an Engineer to work for you?
No, you do not have to be an Engineer to work for the BES Group. We have a variety of roles that are available to people with different skills and experience, ranging from finance assistants and sales executives to administration assistants and IT specialists. Will interviews be conducted remotely or in an office?
We prefer to conduct interviews in person where possible, but in some cases e.g. for some field-based role we conduct interviews over Microsoft Teams.
What should I prepare for my first call with the careers team?
The first stage after application is a phone call with a member of our careers team – this will cover an overview of your career history, your knowledge, skills and experience as well as your interest in the role you’ve applied to. We would recommend you research the company so you have a good understanding of BES Group, it is a great idea to have your CV to hand as well as a copy of the job posting you applied to. You can even have some examples of the knowledge, skills and experience you have gained in your career so far.

What is TICC (Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance)?
TICC services help keep our customers safe, their equipment legally compliant, and operating efficiently. These solutions are key to effectively managing risk.
