Inspire Structures is a specialist in the management and inspection of infrastructure assets, such as railway structures. We provide safety-focused, high-precision structure inspections, competency assessments, associated training, and engineering services to asset owners.
What will you be doing?
As a Technical Administrator for Inspire Structures, part of British Engineering Services Group, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support to our operational teams. This is a part-time, home-based role working 20 hours per week (fixed hours of 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday). Occasional travel to our offices is required.
You will:
- Produce accurate task briefing sheets to support project planning and safe delivery of works
- Create, manage and maintain documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, Lists, Teams, Forms and SharePoint
- Accurately file relevant documentation in the correct systems and locations
- Liaise with clients and internal teams while championing safety, wellbeing, quality and efficiency

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role
